Gun Lake Tribe is seeking proposals to update and expand the existing Gun Lake Tribal Climate Change Adaptation Plan (GLTCCAP) to include a Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) and a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP) that meet the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) criteria (Appendix A). These projects must also include an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) for data collection (Appendix B). The update to the GLTCCAP will also include the update of the Tribe’s demographics, expansion of strategies and incorporation of implementation projects including solar energy plans for existing and planned facilities. All contractors submitting a proposal are encouraged to meet with Environmental Department staff before submitting a proposal to make sure all proposals meet the needed data for all five sections in the Scope of Work.
