Meet the Author Kaitlin B. Curtice

Join the Education Department in welcoming Kailin Curtice for a special visit at Gun Lake Tribe.

Kaitlin Curtice is an award-winning author, poet-storyteller, and public speaker. As an enrolled Citizen of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, Kaitlin writes on the intersections of spirituality and identity and how that shifts throughout our lives. She also speaks on these topics to diverse audiences who are interested in truth-telling and healing.

Her newest books are Spring’s

Miracles: An Indigenous Celebration of Nature (March 2025), the latest title in her Four Seasons children’s series with Convergent/Random House, and Everything Is a Story (adult nonfiction, October 2025), which continues her exploration of spirituality, identity, and belonging.
