Dedicated to helping Tribal Citizens improve financial behaviors, build assets and become financially secure, while delivering social benefit programs.
GENERAL WELFARE OPEN ENROLLMENT BEGINS MAY 1, 2026
The 2026-2027 GWA Open Enrollment period will run from May 1 through July 31, 2026 (end of day).
If you would like to update your monthly election amount, please complete the General Welfare Assistance Application and return it by the deadline. If you are keeping your current election amount the same, no action is required.

Keeping everything the same?
➤ No paperwork needed.
Using provider payments (e.g., rent, mortgage, education)?
If you are changing your monthly election amount, you may need to submit a new or updated Provider Payment Authorization Form. This applies whether you’re setting one up for the first time, changing the amount, or adjusting your allocation.
