Project Description
The Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish-Band of Pottawatomi, (“Gun Lake Tribe” or the “Tribe”) is seeking bids to demolish buildings, remove debris, and backfill and grade the affected area for a property located at 701 127th Avenue, Wayland, Michigan, 49348 (the “Site”). The Site is located on the north side of 127th Avenue, situated between 6th Street and 7th Street. This Site is approximately 33 acres and was previously used for residential purposes. Please see Exhibit A, attached, for further reference.

The Site has two structures which are to be demolished – a two-story garage and a detached 5’x5’ pump house (shed). The demolition and removal shall include:
• Removal of the mailbox;
• Removal of all concrete slabs on the property;
• Removal and proper disposal of all debris; and
• Prior to demolition, completion and filing of asbestos survey.

The electricity at the Site has already been disconnected.
