Community Creative Night
Join us in October for Community Creative Nights!
GLT Learning Center | 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Wednesdays, October 1, 15, 22 and 29
Join the Education and Language and Culture Departments for open crafting nights. We will have materials and staff available to assist with your ribbon shirt/skirt making, regalia making or updating, beading projects, quillwork, 3D printing, button making or explore our new Cricut Maker. All ages and experience are welcome.
October 15 – Creating with Sweetgrass
Kristy Dayson. will be teaching us how to braid and use sweetgrass in jewelry making. Materials provided.
October 22 – 4 week Feast Bundle series.
We’ll learn how to make Old Style Potawatomi Dish Bags, sew various styles of Feast Bundles or bead and applique ready made Feast bundles. Come to one or all of them!
