Being Active – Cardio Drumming with Sha

Cardio drumming is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines drumming with cardio to the beat of music. Cardio Drumming is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and can be adapted for people with injuries or limitations. Participants use drumsticks to hit an exercise ball placed on a bucket. We call it exercise disguised as fun!  No RSVP required. Equipment provided. Recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes.
