Gun Lake Tribe (hereinafter the “Tribe”) is seeking bids for a consultant to assist in assessing and planning for a future Recycling Center (located at 3138 10th Street, Wayland, MI). The successful bidder will need to provide an assessment of the existing footprint, infrastructure needs, equipment size needs (compactors, bailers), transportation needs, employee needs and final destinations of all waste streams from the proposed Recycling Center.
