About the Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department balances service and regulatory requirements by ensuring that all employees are provided with a fair and professional work environment while assisting in employment matters. Human Resources plays an important role in strategic planning, policy and procedure development and adherence, risk management, benefits and compensation, recruitment, hiring, employee relations, workplace safety, employee enrichment and development, conflict resolution, employee assistance programs, employee appreciation and many other aspects of the organization.

The goal of the Human Resources Department is to partner with departments in meeting their numerous personnel, staffing and related needs.
