addition of Rob Victoria as Vice President of Marketing, at the newly minted hotel resort
and spa, featuring the Oasis indoor pool entertainment facility. Mr. Victoria has 33 years of
experience in the gaming industry, holding senior leadership roles for several major gaming
companies.

Mr. Victoria began his career at Foxwoods Resort Casino over three decades ago. Since
then, he has held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Marketing at
Mohegan Sun, Regional Vice President of Marketing for Harrah’s Entertainment, and Chief
Marketing Officer for major gaming organizations such as Seneca Gaming Corporation,
Resorts World, and Rivers Gaming, and Akwesasne Mohawk Casino.
Throughout his career, Mr. Victoria worked in nine gaming jurisdictions and consulted for
Native American-owned gaming enterprises in three additional markets. He has extensive
experience in Player Development, Database Management, Team Building, Entertainment,
Sports Partnerships and Advertising.
Mr. Victoria earned a degree in Psychology and English Literature. He is also a veteran of
the United States military.
