Walk-In Flu Clinic

GLT HHS will be hosting walk-in flu clinics throughout the month of October. Open to current GLT HHS patients and those who are eligible to

become patients.

Please bring your driver’s license or other form of government issued ID, Tribal ID (if applicable) and insurance cards.

Walk-ins do not require an appointment! Please call GLT HHS with any questions at 269.397.1760, option #1.
