Tuesday, May 26 and Wednesday, May 27 — 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Jijak — Elders Cabin

Traditional Practitioner and Healer Services will be offered to all Gun Lake Tribal Citizens and Local Neshnabek Community. There will be a Traditional Sweat Lodge Ceremony taking place in the evening on May 26 at 6:00 p.m.

Traditional Healer: Joe Syrette

Appropriate requests may include Neshnabe Naming, Clan seeking, Colors, Spiritual Guidance and Traditional Medicine and Doctoring for illnesses.

• All ages are welcome.
• Please bring enough Sema (tobacco) to fill a pipe.
• Women on their moon time are respectiully asked to refrain from attending.
• Please refrain from the usage of alcohol and drugs four days prior to your appointment.
• Bringing a gift to accompany your request is welcomed but not mandatory.
