Traditional Healer Appointments and Sweat Lodge Ceremony
Traditional Practitioner and Healer Services will be offered to all Gun Lake Tribal Citizens and Local Neshnabek Community.
There will be a Traditional Sweat Lodge Ceremony taking place in the evening on July 21 at 6:00 p.m.
Traditional Healer: Joe Syrette
Appropriate requests may include Neshnabe Naming, Clan seeking, Colors, Spiritual Guidance and Traditional Medicine and Doctoring for illnesses.
- All ages are welcome.
- Please bring enough Sema (tobacco) to fill a pipe.
- Women on their moon time are respectfully asked to refrain from attending.
- Please refrain from the usage of alcohol and drugs four days prior to your appointment.
- Bringing a gift to accompany your request is welcomed but not mandatory.
