Snowshoeing
Snowshoeing is an excellent way to improve balance, strengthen muscles, and get some cardio. It can be enjoyed by people of all ages! By staying active during the winter months, Elders can reduce the risk of falls and maintain physical health. No RSVP required. Snowshoes and poles are provided. Recommend wearing winter or waterproof boots, hat, gloves, snow pants and a jacket. We also plan to enjoy coffee and hot tea afterwards!
Reminder: Anyone with Diabetes, at risk for developing diabetes or is caring for a loved one with Diabetes may attend activities. Please call 269.397.1760 option 5 for questions or if you have questions about Diabetes Support Group.
