Tai Chi is a gentle mind-body exercise that involves slow, flowing movements combined with deep breathing and focused attention. Originally developed as a Chinese martial art (known as Tai Chi Chuan), it is now commonly practiced improving health, relaxation, and balance. A live feed option will be made available upon request!
