Milk is medicine; join us to learn about our first food and how to prepare your body and mind for your milk-making journey!

Join us on Wednesday, August 12 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for an introduction to lactation and traditional teachings.

All Indigenous pregnant folks welcome! Follow up consultations may be available for Indigenous participants in Michigan.
