Mammogram Bus

THE MAMMOGRAM BUS IS COMING TO GLT!

U of M West is bringing their mammogram back to the government campus on Thursday, October 29.

This bus will be here for Gun Lake Tribal Citizens and GLT Government Employees only. Bus will be located at the HHS building in front of the Wellness Center.

These appointments will not be done through U of M West central scheduling, but with Theresa ONLY. Please provide full name, date of birth, phone number, primary care provider and when your last mammogram was completed along with where it was completed. The bus will be parked out in front of the Wellness Center.
