Mammogram Bus

U of M West is bringing their mammogram bus will be back at the government campus on Friday, May 8.

This bus will be here for Gun Lake Tribal Citizens and GLT Government Employees only.

These appointments will not be done through U of M West central scheduling, but with Theresa ONLY. Please provide full name, date of birth, phone number, primary care provider and when your last mammogram was completed along with where it was completed. The bus will be parked out in front of the Wellness Center.
