Healthy Eating -Protein Requirements Through the Ages

To stay active and strong through all ages in life, proper protein intake is important. Learn what, when, and how much protein adults need to maintain muscle health and keep you feeling your best. Light Lunch will be provided.  You must RSVP for this event by June 16 to reserve a spot. Carpool transport can be provided to this event – must meet at GLT HHS parking lot by 11:15 am.  Please call 269-397-1760 #5 to RSVP and request transportation.
