Functional fitness refers to exercises that mimic everyday movements and activities, aiming to improve strength, balance, flexibility and coordination in ways that are directly applicable to daily life. The focus is on training the body to perform tasks more efficiently, such as lifting, bending, twisting or walking. Functional fitness exercises often involve multiple muscle groups working together and they can include movements like squats, lunges and lifting objects. The goal is to enhance overall physical performance and make routine activities easier and safer. There would be 5-10min of warmup, 10-20min of working out and 5min of cool down.
