The Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish-Band of Pottawatomi, (“Gun Lake Tribe” or the “Tribe”) is
seeking bids to demolish buildings, remove debris, and backfill and grade the affected area
for a property located at 1186 132nd Avenue, Wayland, Michigan (the “Site”).
The Site is located on the south side of 132nd Avenue, situated between US 131 and 10th
Street. This Site is approximately 2.5 acres and was previously used for storage.
The Site has two structures which are to be demolished – a barn and a detached cinder block
shed. The demolition and removal shall include:

  • Removal of all concrete slabs on the property;
  • Removal and proper disposal of all debris;
  • Prior to demolition, completion and filing of an asbestos survey; and
  • Removal and reseeding of the driveway from the road to the barn.
    The electricity at the Site has already been disconnected.
