Tell Your Story!
Join us in the Learning Center for a writing workshop centered around recording oral histories and personal recollections in the form of stories, song and video. We will be joined by Caitlin Hart (Artistic Director, The Vagrancy) and Bryanna Lee (Untitled Diary Play) who will help guide us through the early stages of putting your oral stories on paper. Please bring an object with a story or memory around it and/or a memory of a story told to you.QUESTIONS AND RSVP

The Education Department, Language and Culture Dep

The Education Department, Language and Culture Department and Elders invite you to a special opportunity to learn the art of crafting ribbon skirts and shirts.During this workshop, you will create a ribbon skirt or shirt for yourself and another to honor the achievements of a community member.
Ribbons and other materials will be provided.A limited number of sewing machines will be available, so please bring your own if possible. All are welcome to attend.All are welcome to attend. Please RSVP to Bud Day at james.day@glt-nsn.gov and please mention if you will be bringing your own sewing machine.
