The Supreme Court affirmed the previous decision today with a 6-3 vote in favor of the Gun Lake Tribe! 

This day ends a decade long struggle and ensures the Tribe can carry on our Elder’s vision for growth and self-sufficiency.  We are thankful that the Supreme Court upheld the 6^th District’s Affirmation.

This is a significant step forward for not only Gun Lake but for all of Indian Country.
