The Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission is seeking proposals for a comprehensive analysis of the operation and functionality of the surveillance department and its systems, for a Class III casino.  This includes analysis of system hardware, needs assessment of various areas of coverage, software and application usability, staffing levels and knowledge; including recommendations for staffing for future expansion of the property, training development, and improved efficiencies.  A copy of the RFP will be available on the Gun Lake Tribe’s website at https://gunlaketribe-nsn.gov/.  Consultants may contact Melinda Coffin by email at Melinda.Coffin@gltgc.org for any questions.
