DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nGékendamen Pane: Always We are Learning\nWriting Workshop\nThursday, October 23\n5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. | GLT Learning Center\nTell Your Story\nJoin us in the Learning Center for the first of a three part writing workshop series centered around recording oral histories and personal recollections in the form of stories, song and video. We will be joined by Caitlin Hart (Artistic Director, The Vagrancy) and Bryanna Lee (Untitled Diary Play) who will help guide us through the early stages of putting your oral stories on paper. Please bring an object with a story or memory around it and/or a memory of a story told to you. Caitlin and Bryanna will mentor attendees outside of the workshop to create a final exhibition or performance to share our stories. This workshop has limited space and is for Gun Lake Tribal Citizens and Members of other Tribes in our community.\nFuture tentative dates for this writing workshop series are Thursday, December 4, 2025 and Thursday, January 22, 2026.\nQuestions and RSVP\nSpace is limited so you must reserve a spot.
